Abstract

|
Recently most of people are concerned on individual expose dose during exposed time in hospital, they want to accept less more expose dose.
As radiation measured data have excellent characteristic result and compare to the other individual expose dosimeter. As the results the following conclusion have been reached.
1. Fluorescence fundamental of fluorescence material with radiation exposure detect electrical signal by fusing light diode element and we described it compare to the radiation dose for testing device.
2. We designed electric-individual expose-dosimeter such as simplicity, accuration, efficient.
Measurement value of mutual coefficiency consist of very excellent reliability in 2.13 . In this study, we will be available to use radiation expose measuring system and defense alarm system.
Future development of photo element radiation detect system need to us and will take high quality research, study of semiconductor photo element.
